Sarah Gadd is currently bringing her extensive experience in the banking industry to Bank Julius Bär, acting as the Chief Data Officer and Head of Data Platform & Process Automation. With more than 20 years of experience innovating and implementing change in the Financial Services sector, Sarah thrives in taking businesses that are used to a traditional perspective, and introducing new and exciting approaches using suitable technology, from simple business friendly tools to advanced AI systems. She has managed large, diverse and remote teams and was frequently present in different forums across topics like Diversity and Ethics, to AI and Deep Learning. Prior to joining Bank Julius Baer, Sarah has held several positions at Credit Suisse, being responsible for driving strategic change across the enterprise globally in the fields of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Semantic Technologies and being the Head of Data and Artificial Intelligence Solutions.

When will the 2024 program be released?

Our board members are currently reviewing speaker submissions to decide which talks to bring to the Data & AI Leadership Day stage.

The first round of speakers will be announced at the end of February, so stay tuned!
